ISIS Fertility is fully accredited under the Reproductive Technology Accreditation Committee (RTAC) Code of Practice. A comprehensive yearly audit and accreditation process is carried out by an independent auditing firm.

Client satisfaction surveys
All patients will receive a Client Satisfaction Survey to complete after their treatment cycle. This ensures that we receive both positive and negative feedback. Patients are encouraged throughout their treatment to make suggestions for improvement. We have utilised many previous comments about the design of our facility and improve the information we provide clients. We love suggestions from clients who have attended other clinics so we can do things better!
We work in conjunction with Monash IVF and adhere to their quality management principles.
Regulatory and witnessing processes
The ISIS Fertility Quality Management System includes an auditing process to monitor and identify flaws in the systems before errors occur. The Reproductive Technology Accreditation Committee (RTAC) states that we must undertake audits of all IVF related systems and assess potential risks. All departments have procedures for double checking and witnessing processes that account for each step of the fertility procedures.
Patients can be reassured that through our quality management system every possible check and measure is in place to eliminate any potential errors. Many of our procedures especially in the lab require 2 staff members to crosscheck and sign.
