How and when do I need to pay?

If transferring material you will need to pay before the date of arrival of the material.

We will send you an account if your storage is up for renewal.

We accept all major credit cards or direct deposit. We do not accept cash or cheques. If you wish to make a direct deposit please contact us to arrange the transfer.

How much does Medicare cover?

Medicare do not cover the cost of storage.

Must I have Private Health Insurance?

No, private health insurance do not cover the cost of storage.

What happens if I use the material within 6 months?

This is a flat fee for 6 months storage, so whether you use the full 6 months or use it within 6 months you will still need to pay the full fee. Comparable to other clinics this fee is quite low.

How do I go about moving my material to ISIS?

You will need to complete a consent to move material to ISIS Fertility form which is available from reception. You will also need to contact the clinic where the material is currently to complete their consent forms. Our laboratory will then liaise with the other laboratory to move the material safely.

What happens if I want to transfer my material to another clinic?

You will need to complete a consent to move material from ISIS Fertility form which is available from reception. Of course, we hope that you will not need to go to another clinic as we hope to provide you with the best experience possible!
